First of all, check out the other books by this author. Notice that they ALL have the same reviews attached to them - all five-star reviews too! (Well, except this one - now!)
Second, the spelling and grammar in these books is ATROCIOUS - which is really funny because there's this big statement - in a box, right at the beginning - stating
"Although This Book Is Value Priced It Has Been Checked For Spelling & Syntax Errors" Kindred Souls Press
What makes that extra hilarious is that the title of the specific book I bought has a huge honkin' grammatical error! (hint check the difference between "your" and "you're"!)
Third, his big secret to handicapping is read the DAILY RACING FORM, pick a handicapper you like, and bet every horse he bets for the entire racing season. That's it. Seriously. That's the big secret.
Take my advice, as the only NON-shill reviewer here save your money and use it to buy a legitimate handicapping book - even "Betting On Horse Racing For Dummies" is better than this!
Always been interested in the horse races and now I get to go. This book will be a help in that the title suits me. I do not know very much about horses and betting at the races.
This little book includes some great tips to help the beginner improve their chances of winning at the races. Short but to the point, making it easy to read and follow. The author obviously knows his horses!
